What It Takes To Actually Make Your Dreams a Reality
The first step is to connect with the greatest vision of your future – that soulful, deep, fulfilling future. When you do this, you begin to feel BIG inspiration and tune into possibilities you never knew were there before.
A lot of times, we start off a new year this way. We dream about the coming year and feel fired up and excited to make BIG changes in our lives. But somewhere along the way, we lose momentum. We’ve all had that resolution to go to the gym more, drink less, or spend more time with our kids – only to ultimately abandon that goal by February.
While getting clear on what you want is one of the most important steps in creating your dream reality, mastery of your thoughts and emotions is even more important. Consciously creating an inner landscape that supports our goals is essential – but most people have no idea what a crucial part of the equation this is for success.
Thinking thoughts, feeling emotions, and developing beliefs that drive us to take inspired action is key.
You can have an amazing plan to to run three miles every day so you can lose weight, but if the majority of your thoughts and feelings around trying to lose weight and/or running are negative, it makes sense that you would stop going.
If you believe (either consciously or unconsciously) that you’re destined to a life of being overweight, you’re going to take actions (or inactions!) that are aligned with that belief. You’re probably going to skip the run and hit the snooze button over and over again (I know I’ve done that!).
Most of us have very little awareness of our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. But the good news is that not only can you become aware of what’s going on inside of you – you can choose to change these patterns, so you can make dramatic shifts in your life and finally manifest your dreams.
Self-mastery isn’t rocket science, but these concepts aren’t things we’re taught in school – so they can be challenging to master on your own.
That’s why I am SO excited to share something with you that I’ve been working on for the past few months.
